The lower cable capacitance allows all your instrument’s brilliance, presence and character to be transmitted with the utmost transparency while the double shielding rejects outside interference that can degrade your tone. The Circuit Breaker plug includes an actuated “kill switch” allowing noise-free live instrument changes even at blaring concert volume. Press and hold the switch to mute the signal to the amplifier to avoid damaging pops and squeals while hot swapping instruments. Releasing the switch reactivates the signal flow. My circuit breaker cable has an intermittent signal. What should I do?

Please follow these steps, which may resolve your issue:

1. Make sure the screws on the plugs are completely screwed down.
2. Try unscrewing and removing the plugs.
3. With the plugs removed, use wire cutters or a razor blade and clip off an inch of cable on each end.
4. Insert the freshly cut cable into the plugs using a circular motion. Make sure the cable is inside the plug as far as it can go.
5. Completely tighten the screws to make contact with the center conductor.
